F1 races are a teamwork: however, only a tiny bit of this incredible group of experts, mechanics, engineers and managers, reaches the public eye. That’s the reason why Alfa Romeo decided to go “Beyond the Visible”, highlighting the lesser-known aspects of Formula 1. As a result, the public has the opportunity get to know what really happens behind the scenes.

The new docuseries “Beyond the Visible” is a digital project that takes the public backstage and for the first time, F1 fans can discover what they don't usually see concerning races and the daily lives of the team: they will be able to witness the strategic decisions, the designing of the single-seater cars and engines, the complex logistics, the innovative technological solutions, and the endless resources invested into research and development.

The docuseries consists of five episodes and bonus contents which will be posted on Alfa Romeo’s social media pages throughout the 2022 racing season. Enthusiastically supported by the brand, “Beyond the Visible” features the drivers Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu and all of the experts of Alfa Romeo  F1 Team ORLEN. Many hidden sides will be uncovered: from strategies to relax, from diets to preparations.

Going “Beyond the Visible” also means passion and emotions, two elements that have characterised our Brand since 1910. The symbol of the bond between our Brand and Formula 1 goes back to 1950, when Alfa Romeo won the very first championship in history.
The new docuseries further strengthens this bond and consolidates the values of excellence which are inherent to the legendary story of Alfa Romeo.
